Football practice is Monday through Thursday starting at 6pm for 7U -14U. That's on the field at 6pm, not the parking lot.
Flag Football is Tuesday through Thursday evening starting at 6pm.
All practices are at Heavenly Farms.
Scrimmages for 7U through 12U will be held on Wednesday, August 14.
8U, 11U and 12U will be in Middletown. 900 Leonardville Road, Leonardo, NJ 07737
7U, 9U and 10U will be home vs. Middletown.
14U will be in Jackson on Saturday, August 17 at 7pm in a quad-scrimmage with Jackson, Berkeley and River Plaza. The address for Jackson is 133 Manhattan St., Jackson 08527

Family Fun Night will be held on Friday, August 16 starting at 6pm. Team parents will let you know more. This is our league party to break camp and start the season. Hamburgers, hot dogs and french fries are available from St. Bart's. Each team usually has their own area and teams bring their own food and drinks. Scoop to My Lou's ice cream will be in attendance and you can purchase ice cream from them.

AYF Flag Football as of July 31, 2023. Competition and game day Cheer from 7-14 years old. Flag Cheer from ages 5-6 years old.
Spring NFL Flag CO-ED league for grade kindergarten through 8th grade. If your child turns 5 before July 31, 2023 they are eligible. Spring Cheer for ages 5-14. Fall NFL Flag are for grades 4th - 8th.
