St. Bart’s Buffalos Cheerleaders are participating in the Eastern Region’s “Cans for Conditioning” Drive.  All cheerleaders are asked to bring non-perishable cans/plastic bottle that contain fruits/vegetables, peanut butter, apple juice, etc. to use during conditioning (arm curls, lunge drills, etc).  We can store the cans in the cheer trailer and the cheerleaders can pick them up before practice.  On August 15^th-we will wrap up drive by asking our football families to bring an item to Family Fun night.  I will then box up all the food and deliver it to St. Vincent De Paul, who will distribute it to the local food pantries.  This is a great way to show Jersey Shore and Eastern Region what I know to be true-St. Bart’s Buffalos have big hearts!!
